A Thriving Mind” workshop series introduce a series of skills and practical tools which will help you to:
1- Develop a better understanding of your own mind, your emotions and how your brain functions
2- Develop more self awareness and mental resilience,
3- Learn different methods to understand your thoughts and emotions
4- Hear about different ways of living a more fulfilling and authentic life
5- Develop a growth mindset to help you thrive at life
