Speaker's BiographyAndrew is a Swansea based academic with a special interest in organisational culture and has been actively involved in university based executive education for over 25 years. He has also run an OD consultancy with an enviable list of FTSE 100, TNC and public sector clients. In recent years Andrew has developed an interest in the challenge of moving to a ‘circular economy’ model and the potential of knowledge transfer to facilitate this ambition. He is a member of the founding team for a university based ‘spin out’ company which is developing a unique technology applicable to a range of sectors including clean energy.
