You are cordially invited to the annual People and Organisation research Symposium. We are delighted to welcome Professor Emmanuel Ogbonna as keynote speaker who will share his work on the initiative of the Welsh Government to eradicate racism through the Anti-Racist Wales Action Plan (ARWAP).

As well as highlighting the key elements of the plan, the implications of the Anti-Racist Wales Action Plan for organisations and individuals will also be discussed. As in previous years the symposium will also share latest research and practice from academics and practioners and will welcome discussion on the opportunities and challenges of building back better in a (post) covid world.
