The Public Engagement Forum was set up in 2015 with an ambition to recognise, reward and support those practicing or enabling public engagement with research. We are now a network of over 195 staff members with representation from all faculties and professional services departments.

We currently have two working groups:
1 - developing the first UK Master’s in Public Engagement
2 - updating the Swansea University Public Engagement Strategy

We hold bi-monthly round table meetings where we share news on the progress and successes of our public engagement research projects in local, national and international communities, shape and drive the Public Engagement agenda at Swansea University, and share best practice and resources.

Target Audience: anyone involved in public engagement and engaging with external audiences Public Engagement Practitioners and Enablers (PEPEs)

It really is very exciting to hear about the many varied activities, events and opportunities. Please join us at our next Zoom meeting on 14th June!
