“Karel Williams is emeritus professor at the University of Manchester where he was for ten years director of the ESRC funded Centre for Research on Socio Cultural Change. Currently he is chair of Foundational Economy Network Wales and a director of Foundational Economy Research Ltd which has recently produced two independent reports (on Welsh towns and Welsh food processing SMEs) for Welsh Government.
