Our attitude towards menopause can compound the hormonal imbalance resulting in emotional turmoil, mood swings, anxiety and depression but it can also relieve stress and negativity leading to a more positive experience of menopause. We may all be different and the changes that come with this new season of our lives can be more difficult to accept for some.
