Swansea Bay University Health Board will be hosting a session that explores common sleep problems with suggestions on how to have a better night’s sleep.
As well as exploring reasons why we struggle with sleep, there will be information on the science of sleep, developing healthy routines and setting up a bedroom environment that is conducive to a good night’s rest.
The session will also help you develop your own personal sleep plan to ensure restful sleep continues.
