Setting personal boundaries is an effective practice to employ in order to build greater self-esteem, improve or enhance your mental health and emotional well-being, and avoid burnout.

Many people find that setting boundaries with family, friends, and/or employers can be quite difficult, especially around the holiday season!

In this informal chat, you will learn about what personal boundaries are and how they benefit your well-being, different types of
boundary setting with examples, and other tips that will help you start your holiday season off on the right foot!
