During the Covid-19 crisis, we are delivering a series of free webinars, offering specific guidance to employers on how to support staff in these most challenging of times and tips and tools for employees on looking after their mental and physical wellbeing.

For some people, coronavirus (Covid-19) can cause symptoms that last weeks or months after the infection has gone. This is sometimes called post-Covid-19 syndrome or “Long Covid”. How long it takes to recover from Covid-19 and the range of symptoms people experience is different for everyone, but this introductory, one-hour webinar provides some general information that may be helpful. This includes:

Common symptoms

How we use our energy & ways to manage energy levels

Activity Cycling – boom & bust

Establishing activity baselines

Helpful strategies to manage symptoms

Considerations when returning to work
