When: Every Tuesday at 8:30am and every Thursday at 1:30pm
Need some time for yourself? Feeling anxious, restless or fed up?
Our online meditation sessions are great for carving out some ‘me time’ in a hectic schedule or starting a daily meditation practice.
All you need is somewhere quiet and a comfortable place to sit.
