The former First Minister of Wales, Rhodri Morgan, who died last year was commonly regarded as the father of Welsh devolution. In this relaxed conversation, the First Minister’s brother, the erudite historian, Prys Morgan, and his political biographer, Professor Mike Sullivan of the Morgan Academy, Swansea University will discuss the politician’s legacy.
