Dr Alison Parry-Jones (Cardiff University, Wales Cancer Bank) will speak for approximately 40 minutes, followed by an open discussion. All are welcome.
Wales has implemented opt-out for organ donation, is it time for opt-out research sample donation? Empowering collective responsibility to help others with minimal risk should be an appealing, or at least non-challenging, proposition. Opt-out research sample collection could deliver that. But is it ethical? Is it legal?
