The College of Law and Criminology is pleased to announce it is hosting this year’s Legal Wales Conference, an annual event showcasing developments in the law in Wales.
The Conference embraces not only the rapidly-developing field of Welsh law but also focuses on the practical everyday challenges of practising law in a Welsh environment.
The College looks forward to welcoming representatives of all parts of the legal community, including practitioners, academics, students, judges and others with an interest in the law in Wales. Over 6 hours of continuing professional training will be provided.
The Conference will also be a last opportunity to hear from Lord Thomas of Cwmgïedd before he retires as Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales and a first opportunity to hear from Sir David Lloyd Jones following his historic appointment as the first Welsh justice to sit in the UK Supreme Court.
