Stakeholder Engagement happens across all phases of the Project Lifecycle. Stakeholder management is a critical component of successful project management. It involves identifying, analysing, and engaging with individuals or groups who have an interest in the project. Effective stakeholder management ensures that the project meets the needs and expectations of those who have an interest in the outcome and provides a channel for addressing stakeholder concerns, therefore project managers can increase the likelihood of project acceptance and success.
