Instead of avoiding conversations, build the confidence to have this two-way communication in a constructive way, with skill and empathy.

Having an uncomfortable conversation is not easy but is necessary. Within this interactive module, you will discuss the importance of conducting crucial conversation, learn how to plan and prepare, consider own reactions within this environment, and decide your next steps.

This module is open to leaders and managers at all levels across the University.
