A Professional Development Review conversation with purpose can provide our people with the foundation to succeed, ensuring they feel valued and included.
A great Professional Development Review is all about the quality of the conversation and this hands-on workshop will focus on developing the skills that lead to a meaningful Professional Development Review conversation as a Reviewer. The aim of this session is to support you to understand the Professional Development Review process and build your confidence in having conversations with colleagues who are making a difference.
Who is this for?
Professional Development Review discussions will be held by the academic community in the next 3 months.
