Welfare @ CampusLife have been invited to run the first climate café of this academic year. Our team is focused on improving the health and wellbeing of our student population and we want to help by reconnecting students with nature, in order to increase pro-environmental behaviours.
Come along to this interactive, immersive, indoor and outdoor session, where we will:
Understand societal problems, including the climate crisis, nature disconnection and the rise of eco-anxiety
Learn how to practically manage eco-anxiety through reconnecting with nature
Take part in a ‘3 good things’ in nature walk on campus and creative activities
