The aim of the workshop is to provide tools/ideas for Line Manager to use to support themselves and their teams through times of uncertainty. We introduce a three pronged model (Prepare, Care and Communicate) to achieve this. In the current climate of ambiguity, we want to empower line managers to positively lead their teams through this time.

By the end of the session we want you to be able to:

1. Prepare yourself for times of change and uncertainty.
2. Develop strategies to support your team, by acknowledging people have different responses in times of uncertainty

The long term impact of doing these is that you will ultimately be able to:

• Motivate and inspire your team to create a mindset of readiness and maintain high employee engagement and productivity, through uncertainty.

Any Line Manager within Swansea University who has a direct report within Professional Services.
