The aims of this session:

*Explore the importance of understanding neurodiversity in the workplace.
*Explain that there are many ways in which people’s brains work and a wide range of ways that people perceive and respond to the world.
*Foster confidence to embrace differences and better understanding our colleagues and teams.
*Increase understanding of the conditions needed to create a more inclusive, innovative, and productive work environment.
*Share insights from a Platfform colleague with lived experience about what what’s been helpful in the workplace.
*Provide actionable and practical steps on what you can put in place as leaders, from the application process to onboarding and management.

This course is aimed at line managers. If you are a line manager that wants to delegate your attendance on this training to a passionate wellbeing leader within your team please email us to book their spot. You will be expected to provide your replacement with the opportunity to share their learnings with you and your team.
