Who’s it for? The Mary Williams Group encompasses all women working in senior (G9 and above) roles in the University. It is also for those interested in helping women to progress in their careers and those who aspire to be senior leaders one day. Please share this invitation with any colleagues who you think will find it useful.
What’s in it for me? This is the opportunity to find out more about the Mary Williams Group, to have informal chats with the chairs and each other about the experiences of women working at Swansea University and how they could be (even) better, and to find out more about the Mary Williams group and our plans for the coming year.
