A PDR conversation with purpose can set our people up for success, ensuring they feel valued and engaged.

A great PDR is all to do with the quality of the conversation and this practical workshop will focus on developing the skills to lead a meaningful PDR conversation as a Reviewer. This session is intended to support you in understanding the PDR process and build your confidence in having conversations with colleagues that make a difference.

Aims:

• How to have a meaningful professional review.
• Understand your role within this as a line manager
• What a good PDR looks like
• What they should be doing

Audience: Professional Services community who will be conducting PDR discussions within the next 3 months.
