Cyhoeddodd dair ysgrif a nifer o erthyglau ar feteleg a gwaith metel copr Eifftaidd hynafol, llawer mewn cydweithrediad â’r archeometalegydd Jiří Kmošek a chydweithwyr eraill. Mae ganddo hefyd dros ddegawd o brofiad yn gweithio fel archeolegydd yn Yr Aifft.

Recent decade saw an upsurge in the research of the ancient Egyptian copper metallurgy and metal objects, clarifying many unanswered questions, but also producing new ones. The lecture will focus on some of the enduring myths about the use of ancient Egyptian copper and how modern research can explain and elucidate past misunderstandings. Special attention will be paid to the metal objects from the Egypt Centre, how they provide a unique perspective on the ancient Egyptian metalwork.
