The University is legally obliged to comply with the Welsh Language Standards (No.6) Regulations 2017. This 1-hour course highlights the main requirements of the Standards, signposts to sources of information/support, and discusses the use of the Welsh language in day-to-day life. These sessions are available on both Park and Bay campuses.
Aim:
To ensure that members of staff have a good understanding of the Welsh Language Standards and the role of Welsh within the University and beyond. They will know where to seek further guidance and support.
