Join Bangor University, Cardiff University and Swansea University at the Taliesin Arts Centre in Swansea for a pan-Wales day of fun, informal and interactive events on wellbeing. Activities are free to attend and will run throughout the day for attendees to drop in, alongside workshops at specific times which can be pre-booked. Refreshments will be served throughout the day.
