This online Effective Practice Seminar will bring Swansea University colleagues together to share and learn from each other's recent experiences of assessment design. If you are looking for ideas, inspiration or practical , transferable tips for teaching, this session is for you.
15-minute presentations will be followed by Q&A and discussion, including:
Dr. Samuel Ebie (FHSS), speaking about assessment redesign and feedback approaches in a postgraduate entrepreneurship module - a 'Universal Design for Learning' approach using Canvas Quiz techniques.
Dr. Maria Pournara (FHSS), speaking about exploring the impact of creative and flexible assessments on student experience.
Dr. Jessica Fletcher and Dr. Katherine Chapman (FMHLS, Medical School) speaking about the student voice in approaches to assessment.
