The Centre for People and Organisation Annual Symposium

(Re)defining Inclusivity: Working lives in a post-covid world

The Centre for People and Organisation are delighted to welcome Professor Debbie Foster who will share her work on the lived experiences of disabled people in the labour market and on the careers of disabled people as a marginalised group in professional occupations. Debbie is Professor of Employment Relations and Diversity at Cardiff Business School, and, in January 2023, was named as one of 100 Changemakers by the Future Generations Commissioner for Wales for her work as Co-Chair (with Jane Hutt, Minister for Social Justice) of the Welsh Government's Disability Rights Taskforce.
As in previous years, the symposium will also share the latest research and practice from academics and practitioners, as well as our PhD students. The event will provide a platform for debate and discussion on the opportunities and challenges of what it means to be an inclusive workplace in a post-covid world.

Booking is essential and lunch is provided.
