Dear Colleagues,

Theory of Change workshop 3 will take place on Thursday 15 June 2023 from 10:00 - 12:00 online.

Please email inclusivity@swansea.ac.uk if you would like to attend the workshop.

In session 3, we will review progress so far in developing theories of change. We’ve looked at problem analysis and evidencing our thinking. In this session we will break down how our interventions work to address the problems we’ve identified and our thinking about what causes them. We’ll identify the ‘active ingredients’ in our interventions (the specific things we do to make the change we want to see happen) and build a model of success.
