On the 25th of January, from 10 am to 2 pm, we're opening the doors at the Awen and invite you to join us.
Meet the Awen team, researchers, academics, and service users. We'll be hosting a selection of workshops, presentations, tours of our living lab, and the opportunity to try on and engage in our VR garden. Discover the work currently taking place to make ageing better for everyone.
The Awen Institute brings together leading researchers with older people and the creative industries to co-produce products, services, and environments for an increasingly ageing population. Part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund through the Welsh Government, the institute is led by Swansea University in partnership with the University of South Wales and the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
