Theory of Change - Workshop 2

This event is part of the Swansea Academy of Inclusivity and Learner Success (SAILS) series

From: 18 Jan 2023, 2 p.m.
To: 18 Jan 2023, 4 p.m.
Location: Online Event - Please see description

In the next Theory of Change development session, we’ll pick up where we left off – looking at the relationship between the problem definition and our interventions (or interventions-to-be). We’ll make sure it is clear how the intervention responds to the problem we have described. We’ll then go on to explore the active ingredients of our interventions (the specific things we do that, we believe, lead to the changes we want to see). We’ll then start work on building a model of success – what it will look like if our active ingredients work in the way we think they do. We’ll finish this session with a discussion about how teams can facilitate their own theory of change discussions, either within their own teams or in support of other teams and interventions.

We look forward to seeing you again in January. If you were unable to take part in the first workshop, you can still attend the second one if you review the resources on SharePoint and Jam board. Links to both are provided below.

Please email inclusivity@swansea.ac.uk if you would like to attend the workshop.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
