Transitions Toolkit, focusing on continuing and returning undergraduate students and taught postgraduate students.
The Transitions Toolkit focuses on continuing undergraduate students and taught postgraduate students. It recognises that not just first year students need support to be successful at university and beyond, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic.
This session will introduce the transitions model, and the tools designed to help individuals and groups assess the current position, identify priorities, think about adapting practices and adding new activities, and to plan and evaluate their next transition period.
