Dear Colleagues,

We are still excited to be part of the Technician Commitment. In the following weeks, we will be announcing a series of connected initiatives. It is my pleasure to announce, on behalf of the organising committee, the first activity, the Technician Symposium, which will take place in the Computational Foundry, Bay Campus, on July 7th.

The event showcases some of our technical work in teaching, research and professional services, addressing primarily an audience of technicians. The event will have presentations in the morning by both internal and external speakers. The afternoon will provide opportunities to visit our technical facilities at the Bay Campus. Lunch and refreshments will be provided. A detailed programme will follow.

The deadline for registration is Fri. June 17th.
