Speaker's Biography

I have two roles at Swansea Carers Centre. I'm the Helping Family Carers Working Carers Development Officer and the OOH Co-ordinator.
I was a Support Services Co-ordinator for Positive Steps with the British Red Cross. I also worked at Age Cymru Swansea Bay (now West Glamorgan) as administrator for the Advocacy Team.
The experiences have motivated me to stay within the Specialist Voluntary Sector. Prior to that, I worked as a Locum GP Recruitment Consultant for 15 years
