Following up from our joyful events on Bay and Singleton on the 11th May, we will be getting together on Wednesday 25th May from 12.30-14.00 for a lunch and proposal shaping event.

If you are thinking of putting in a proposal for our 22/23 Call you are strongly advised to come along to help shape your and other people’s proposals.

If you wish to have feedback on your proposal and/or to invite collaborations, please prepare an A3 ‘poster’ that you will be able to pin up on our poster boards.

12.30 Buffet Lunch Available
12.45 Welcome and format of the feedback session
12.55-14.00 Lunch continues with all of us providing shaping and feedback to each other’s proposals.
