This 45 minute talk (delivered by Helen Presdee-Jones, a Kidney Wales Volunteer Ambassador) raises awareness of Kidney Disease, the people it affects and the work that Kidney Wales do to support renal patients and their families. Helen is a renal patient herself and speaks from her own personal experience on her ‘Kidney Journey’. By raising awareness of Kidney Health, Kidney disease and the diverse ways in which it impacts the lives of many individuals – we can create a more supportive and understanding environment for renal patients everywhere. By attending this talk you will be enhancing your knowledge of Kidney Disease and supporting Kidney Wales in their mission to raise awareness and deliver support for Renal patients across Wales.
