Are you interested in working in the news or the media, but aren’t sure about where to start? In this online roundtable you’ll have the chance to hear from three leading voices about their experiences and routes into the news, as well as to pick up some tips for applications of your own.

Chaired by Dr Sarah Crook (Lecturer in History) the event will welcome:

Danny Shaw, award-winning home affairs correspondent at the BBC

Nick Petrie, Deputy Digital News Director at Reuters (and before that The Times and Sunday Times)

Rob Hastings, Deputy Features Editor at the i Paper.
