Are you applying for a new opportunity?
Perhaps following a period of unemployment, redundancy, furlough, maternity or caring responsibilities? This practical workshop is a whistle stop tour of ‘top tips’ to empower you practically and to help prepare you for the transition.
We will cover topics such as acing application forms, interviews/assessment centres and discuss the skills and attributes that employers value most. We’ll also touch on the importance of a growth mind set, resilience and why it’s important to be your authentic self - reflecting on what you may have overcome in life – you may possess skills you never knew about!
This is a presentation, followed by Q&A session and signposting to useful resources.
