In this session, we talk about managing sleep, stress and diet as some examples to help improve our own, as well as supporting others with their wellbeing.

But what about the menstrual cycle? Fluctuations in hormones can cause symptoms which affect our wellbeing, but those symptoms are also affected and worsened by external factors. This session will explore menstrual cycle symptoms, impact of external factors and how to manage or support others to reduce the impact on work and daily life.

Although the title of this session suggests that it’s related to females only, men are no strangers to women’s sleeping issues as they might be trying to help their partners, mums, sisters or any other female member of the family with their sleep difficulty.

Join Dr Natalie Brown for a fascinating Q&A on how to improve sleep. Please do send your questions to Wellbeing-CoE@swansea.ac.uk.
