LGBT+ Faith Gathering

The gathering will be confidential and a safe space for all to be their true selves. We will have an opportunity to introduce ourselves, explain a little about our own religious background and beliefs, and to socialise and chat. There will be no pressure to talk, for those who’d rather not.
Following on from our previous three monthly gatherings, the theme of this fourth gathering will ‘Celebrating Our History’ as we mark LGBTQIA+ History Month. The gathering will be hosted by Rory Castle Jones, Student Minister at Swansea Unitarian Church and a member of Swansea University’s Faith Representative team.
The event is open to people of all faiths and backgrounds. It is supported by the University’s Faith and Community team and is open to students and staff at the University, as well as the wider community in Swansea and beyond.
