An international workshop on the development of digital tools for human rights investigations

Funded by the ESRC Transformative Research scheme, OSR4Rights breaks new ground by examining how open source research is currently used in human rights investigations, and interrogating whether and how this evidence can be leveraged more systematically for the discovery and documentation of human rights violations in future.

This workshop will provide a space for discussions and collaborations across human rights organisations and tech developers, and a platform to showcase tools and their potential for further development. Key topics to be discussed include ethics, researcher wellbeing, sustainability, and funding.
The workshop will take place across three different sessions, to facilitate colleagues in different time zones. If possible, please do sign up for all three.

Remaining sessions: Feb 24th 10:00 and 15:00
