Cancelled: Climate Action Week Sandpit - Well-Being of Future Generations

As part of Swansea University’s Climate Action Week 2020 taking place from 23 – 27 March the REIS Research Hubs, led by Julie Williams, Associate Director of REIS and the four REIS Hub Managers, will be hosting three climate change focused Interdisciplinary Sandpits.

The sandpits will be based around BEIS Funding and explore three important themes:

1. Mitigation: Decarbonisation of emissions, products, services, activities
2. Well-Being of Future Generations
3. Impacts, Adaptation and Vulnerability

As well as seeking input from Academic staff the sandpits will be asking students and the ‘Little Voices’ project (from the Hilary Rodham Clinton School of Law) to share their ideas and thoughts.
