There must be plenty of things, from carbon capture and carbon off-setting, to energy conservation and clean energy generation. Some are happening already, though we don’t all know about them. Could Swansea University take a lead locally and nationally by becoming carbon neutral at a date in the near future?

We believe that there are initiatives to be taken which could inspire the younger generation (and increase recruitment), boost campus morale through working collectively as a community of students, academics and professional service staff, and serve all our best interests in the longer term. If you would like to be involved in drawing up plans, please come to a brain-storming meeting on Wednesday 29 January at 1pm in Faraday E.
