Artificial Intelligence (AI): the next step of an exciting technological phase with the potential to transform manufacturing, health, finance and education OR a threat to society, a job killer and a backward step for the human race?

Join the Emerging Markets Research Centre (EMaRC) and the i-Lab (Innovation Lab) supported by the Business Department at the School of Management for a workshop on ‘Artificial Intelligence (AI): Emerging Challenges, Opportunities, and Agenda for Research and Practice’ on Thursday 13 June 2019.

This workshop aims to bring together a variety of disciplines and a community for the advancement of knowledge regarding opportunities and challenges posed by fast emergence and applications of Artificial Intelligence in various domains. To achieve this goal, we are inviting researchers and practitioners from both private and public sectors to present their ideas and thoughts.

Registration to attend is £50* (+ booking fee).
