DESCRIPTION:We are thrilled to invite you to take part in the 2024 Swansea 
 Half Marathon and join #TeamSwansea to take advantage of one the Universit
 y's discounted places for staff.\n \nLast year\, over 100 Swansea Universi
 ty students\, staff and alumni took part in the Half for #TeamSwansea\, ra
 ising over PS20k to support bettering mental health\, and through your par
 ticipation\, we know we can build on this success in 2024. \n\nThis year's
  race will take place on Sunday 9th June 2024 and is set to be bigger and 
 better than ever as we celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the race - and th
 e University's second year as official sponsor!\n \nWe are also excited to
  reveal that Welsh rugby legend\, Ryan Jones\, is returning this year to b
 e one of our #TeamSwansea Ambassadors. \n\nIf you fancy a new challenge\, 
 want to raise money for a good cause\, or simply love running\, join #Team
 Swansea - 'Making Strides for Mental Health'.\n\nIf running isn't your thi
