Following the launch of Swansea University: LINC in April 2018, our next event will focus on leadership and the importance of building a high performing culture within your organisation.

Lynda Campbell, Director of Culture Angel and previously Senior Leader at British Gas, will talk delegates through the 10 steps taken to build a high performing culture at British Gas and share her thoughts on why culture and values are so important to your organisation.

Lynda led on a cultural transformation programme, building a winning customer service strategy, connecting people to the strategy and implementing low effort customer strategies. Following the transformation, British Gas won over 40 brand enhancing external awards.

Delegates will also hear from members of ION leadership, Swansea University’s leadership development programme, who have so far worked with over 1200 entrepreneurs, managers and leaders to raise skills and drive forward productivity and turnover in businesses across Wales.
