Speaker's Biography

Emyr Lewis is one of Wales's leading lawyers. He is the leading partner for Wales in Blake Morgan LLP, specialising in Welsh law and legislation. He writes and speaks frequently about public law and public affairs, and is a Senior Fellow in Welsh Law at the Wales Governance Centre in Cardiff University.

Emyr is also a highly regarded poet, who has won both the crown and the chair in the National Eisteddfod.
