Saba Douglas-Hamilton: A Life with Elephants

Join Saba Douglas-Hamilton, the highly acclaimed elephant conservationist and wildlife TV presenter of This Wild Life and Big Cat Diaries for an evening of exciting animal stories and intimate behind the scenes tales of life in Kenya with her young family.

Saba was born in the Great Rift Valley in Kenya, and met her first wild animal, an elephant called Virgo, when six weeks old. In 1997, Saba joined her father’s charity Save the Elephants to help build up their research centre in Samburu National Reserve in Kenya. Saba currently runs the family’s luxury tented eco-lodge, Elephant Watch Camp.
