The LGBT+ Staff Network will be hosting a free training session focusing on specific issues faced by lesbian, gay and bisexual people, which takes place on Wednesday 5th July, 1 - 2pm, in Fulton House Seminar Room 4, Swansea University Singleton Campus.

The session is open to all to attend (staff, students, and the general public), and will cover:

Terminology definitions
Common myths and stereotypes
Barriers for LBT people
Gender and sexual orientation
Visibility and representation
Being LGB at Swansea University
What you can do to contribute to a supportive environment for LGB people
