The Brexit process finally completes on 31 December this year. Unlike many fairly general “life after Brexit” promotions, this webinar from Swansea’s Institute of International Shipping and Trade Law cuts straight to the commercial chase. It will cover the three topics vital to anyone involved in international commercial law:

1. Arbitration, jurisdiction and choice of law

2. International insolvency and the increased application of the UNCITRAL Model Law

3. The future of what is currently EU shipping regulation, in the shape of ELD and OSD, the Emissions Trading Scheme, the MRV regulation, compulsory P&I cover, and the port services regulation.

We are limiting numbers on a first-come-first-served basis, in order to enable a useful discussion to take place. If you would like to participate, please register for this event ASAP!
