Speaker's Biography

Professor Howard Hotson works on early modern European intellectual history, with particular reference to Central Europe and the international Reformed world, c. 1550-1660. He is the Director of the Andrew W. Mellon and AHRC-funded project ‘Cultures of Knowledge: Networking the Republic of Letters, 1550-1750’.
